Leadership Opportunities
The NC State Grange truly believes in its young members - they are the leaders of tomorrow. Therefore, we provide programs for young people for the purpose of developing leaders, encouraging education, promoting community betterment and teaching the value of cooperation and service... all while having FUN! Our young members develop skills they will need for the future and build lasting friendships with others in their communities, state and nation.
These programs consist of two major age groups: Youth & Juniors. Juniors begin by learning skills which promote self-esteem and leadership. As they grow and move into the Youth program, they develop these skills more deeply. These programs are amazing experiences that will stay with them for the rest of their lives!
